How does it work?
Choose the situation you are living through and tell us the essentials about your child. Tilo selects the best approach and creates a complete Moment: story, narration, song, activity and family guide, all coordinated.
How is it personalised?
We ask for their name and age and, if you wish, their interests, the exact scene and how they tend to show it. You do not have to choose a technique or tell us what should help; the Tilo engine and pedagogical criteria handle that.
What exactly do I get, and how?
A private link to your complete Moment: an illustrated personalised story, narration in Tilo’s voice, a personalised song, a guided activity and a short family guide. All five pieces work on the same skill and remain yours to revisit.
How long does it take?
You usually receive it the same day. Every Moment is created from scratch for your child and reviewed before it goes out, so we'd rather not promise minutes: it lands in your inbox as soon as it's ready.
What is a pack?
A Pack of 3 or 5 contains three or five complete situations. You choose which moments to work on and each one includes all five coordinated pieces, at a better price per Moment.
What ages is it for?
From age 2 to 6. The challenges are organised by what you are living through — emotional regulation, sleep, fears, social skills, autonomy, changes, and body and boundaries — not by age. You choose the challenge and we adapt each Moment to your little one within that range.
What about my child's data?
We use the data only to create your Moment. We never sell it or share it with third parties, and you can ask us to delete it whenever you like.
Whose voice narrates?
Tilo's voice: a warm, natural-voice narration that is always the same, so your child recognises it night after night. It's the same voice in every story and every activity.
Can I give it as a gift?
Of course. A Tilo Moment is created with its dedication, ideal for gifting. And the Pack of 3 or 5 Moments is perfect for several little ones or to support different moments.
Is this another screen for my child?
That is not how it is designed. The story is meant to be printed and shared on paper; a phone or speaker is only used for the Moment audio: narration, song and, when included, the guided activity.
